Ingredients
Scale
1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels. Toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy.
While the salmon cooks, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
Remove the cooked salmon bites from the air fryer.
Serve the hot salmon bites immediately with the Bang Bang Sauce for dipping or drizzling.
Notes
For extra crispy bites, lightly dust the salmon cubes with a thin coating of cornstarch before tossing with oil.
If your sauce seems too thick, add 1/2 teaspoon of water to reach your desired consistency.
Check the internal temperature of the salmon; it should reach 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
