Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (for serving)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each coated cauliflower floret into the almond milk mixture, ensuring it’s well covered.
  4. Place the coated cauliflower in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. While the cauliflower is cooking, whisk together buffalo wing sauce and melted butter in a small bowl.
  7. Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to a clean bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
  8. Serve immediately with ranch dressing and chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more cayenne pepper to the flour mixture.
  • Ensure cauliflower florets are not overcrowded in the air fryer basket for best results.
  • You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your preference.
