Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a large skillet, cook chicken breasts until thoroughly cooked through. Shred or dice the chicken.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add shredded chicken to the Alfredo sauce and stir to combine.
  7. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  8. Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles. Spread a generous amount of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto each noodle.
  9. Roll up each noodle tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  10. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the roll-ups.
  11. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  12. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  13. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer sauce, you can add a splash of white wine when cooking the garlic.
  • If you prefer a thicker sauce, let it simmer a bit longer to reduce.
  • Feel free to add cooked spinach or mushrooms to the filling for extra flavor and nutrients.
