Make this rich, creamy, no-bake dip combining chocolate and peanut butter flavors with a cheesecake base. It is simple to prepare for parties or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit for dipping

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar to the cream cheese. Beat until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate, chilled bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined.
  5. Place the chocolate chips and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Let the ganache cool slightly.
  6. Pour half of the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake dip mixture and gently swirl it in with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  7. Spread the dip into a serving bowl. Drizzle the remaining chocolate ganache over the top.
  8. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with your choice of dippers.

Notes

  • For a Reese’s flavor, you can fold in 1/2 cup of chopped peanut butter cups during the final mixing stage.
  • If you do not have heavy cream, you can substitute with 1 cup of frozen whipped topping (thawed) for a similar texture.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
