Make this easy, bubbly strawberry champagne punch for your next celebration. It is a crowd-pleasing, fruity cocktail perfect for brunch, holidays, or New Year’s Eve.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled Champagne or dry sparkling wine
  • 1 (12 oz) can frozen strawberry daiquiri mix, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, chilled
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or grapes for garnish (optional)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the thawed strawberry daiquiri mix, pineapple juice, and orange juice in a large punch bowl. Stir well to mix the base liquids.
  2. Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled Champagne. Stir very slowly to combine without losing too much carbonation.
  3. Add the lemon-lime soda last, stirring gently one final time.
  4. Add the sliced fresh strawberries and orange slices to the punch bowl.
  5. If you are using them, float fresh raspberries or grapes on top for extra color and flavor.
  6. Serve immediately in glasses filled with ice.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic option, substitute the Champagne with sparkling white grape juice or ginger ale. This makes a great Non Alcoholic Champagne Punch Option.
  • You can prepare the juice base (daiquiri mix, pineapple juice, orange juice) up to 24 hours ahead of time. Keep it refrigerated and add the sparkling wine and soda just before guests arrive. This is a great Make Ahead Party Punch.
  • To keep the punch cold without diluting the flavor, freeze some of the fruit (like strawberries or grapes) and use those as ice cubes.
