- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While meatballs are baking, prepare the garlic bread buns. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and chopped parsley.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Brush the cut sides with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the buns, cut-side up, on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until lightly golden.

- Assemble the sliders by placing a meatball on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
- Top with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can make the meatballs ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to add your favorite cheese to the meatballs or on top of the marinara sauce.
- Warm the marinara sauce before spooning it over the meatballs for extra flavor.
