Crispy, oven-baked chicken wings tossed in a savory garlic-Parmesan sauce. Perfect for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Once the wings are done, transfer them to a clean large bowl.
  8. Pour the garlic-Parmesan sauce over the hot wings and toss gently to coat evenly.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, you can add a teaspoon of baking powder to the dry seasoning mix before baking.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
  • If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can omit it or use dried parsley.
