Make this high protein tuna salad in minutes using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lightened-up, flavorful lunch perfect for meal prep.

  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained well
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Place the drained tuna in a medium bowl. Use a fork to break the tuna into small flakes.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, chopped celery, red onion, dill, parsley, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until they are fully combined and the salad is creamy.
  4. Season with black pepper and salt to your taste.
