- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, whisk together honey, sriracha, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, drain any excess grease.
- Pour the honey sriracha sauce over the meatballs and toss to coat.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef.
