- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients. Stir well until everything is evenly coated.

- Add dried cranberries or shredded coconut after baking for added flavor and texture.
